You will be sent your tracking number and you will need to track on the relevant website to ensure that your delivery is at the depot, ready for collection.
Collections MUST be made within 5 WORKING DAYS of them arriving at the depot. Otherwise they may be returned to us and will require payment to send out again.

Please note that it is SELF LOAD only at the Sydney Warehouse and all Depot's.
Staff cannot assist with freight into vehicles.
They can however, forklift orders onto an appropriate vehicle.
