Kit Kat Tiles

Kit Kat Mosaic Tiles

Kit Kat tiles, also called finger tiles, are slim, elongated mosaic tiles supplied on mesh-backed sheets, which makes a vertical stack or an offset brick layout easy to install. They suit kitchen splashbacks, bathroom feature walls, shower recesses and fireplace surrounds, and they've become one of the most popular mosaic formats going.

Our range covers a wide mix of finishes, so you can go as subtle or as bold as you like:

Classic and small-format - gloss white and vintage white in a compact 92x12mm chip, plus matt white and matt black in larger 145mm formats. A good starting point if you want texture without a lot of colour.

Concave gloss - the curved face catches and bends the light, which gives a wall real depth. Available in Antique Blue, Antique Green, Antique Grey Speckled, Antique Terracotta Speckled and Navy, plus flat gloss options like Cobalt Gloss Blue, Shadow Dark Green and Mottled Grey for something bolder.

New - Textured Concave - our newest concave Kit Kats pair the curved profile with a textured porcelain surface, in Black, White and Chestnut. The texture adds a tactile, handmade feel that photographs beautifully, and they're suitable for both internal and external walls, so they work for bathroom feature walls and kitchen splashbacks as well as covered outdoor areas.

Natural stone - honed Carrara marble and honed Ming Green marble Kit Kats bring the softness of natural stone to a feature wall. For a more sculptural look, our Moderne Concave range takes the Kit Kat shape into natural stone, with a curved profile in Carrara Marble, Ming Green Marble, Charcoal Limestone, Ice Quartz, Navona Travertine, Terra Marble and Pepper. These suit desk and bar fronts, islands and splashbacks. As with any natural stone, they should be sealed at installation, and you should expect natural shade and veining variation from piece to piece.

Most sheets are around 300mm square, so quantities are easy to work out, and everything is delivered Australia wide.

Kit Kat Tile FAQs

What size are Kit Kat tiles? Individual chips come in a few sizes across our range, including 92x12mm, 145x15mm, 145x20mm and 145x22mm. They're supplied on sheets, so check each product page for the exact sheet size and sheets per m2.

Can I lay them vertically or horizontally? Yes. Vertical stacking draws the eye upward and makes a ceiling feel taller, while horizontal or offset layouts give a more traditional brick effect.

Are all Kit Kat tiles suitable for floors? Kit Kat mosaics are mainly used on walls. Check the individual product page for each tile's recommended use before ordering.

How do I choose a colour? Order a sample and look at it in the actual light of your room. A concave glaze in particular looks different on a screen than it does on a wall.
